Hiking in Stubai Valley
Discover a walkers' paradise of more than 850 km, with breathtaking water falls and mountain lakes, as well as many mountain huts and pastures. Whether you like relaxed easy walks or challenging hikes on the „Stubaier Höhenrundwanderweg“ with a length of 120 km and 8000 meters high – the Stubai Valley offers something for everyone. Nordic Walking
Bedded in 109 3-thousanders and surrounded by 80 glaciers, 80 km of varied tracks are available to Nordic walking friends. From flat paths meandering through the entire valley, to challenging steep tracks with fascinating views, Stubai has it all on offer.
Beginners to professionals - here all sporting people get their moneys worth and not only keep the body fit, but also bring mind and soul into balance in this dreamlike mountainous surrounding of the Stubai Valley.
Mountainbiking
The bike-arena of the Stubai Valley in the heart of Tirol, is the starting point of over 720 km mountainbike paths, for extreme bikers, sporty ambitious bikers or for those just out to enjoy. The mountainbike-route network in the glacier valley offers appropriate trails for every level and lies between 500 and 2.700 metres above sea level.
The necessary equipment can be hired nearby along with professional advice.

Summer toboggan run
Mega fun for all age groups at the summer toboggan run in Mieders! The 2.8 km run, with its 40 curves, imparts the breathtaking sensation, at a speed of max 42 km/h, of flying just above the ground.
In wet conditions, summer toboggan run is closed for safety reasons!

High rope garden Stubai Valley
An extraordinary adrenaline kick in the high rope garden in the Stubai Valley. Action, adrenaline, pure fun... amazing exercises on more than 13 parcours await conquering. There are different levels of difficulty, so everyone can have a go. You can climb the whole course, or stop when you choose.

Experience the most beautiful gorges, cliffs and waterfalls of Tirol.
After an extensive safety talk its down into the canyon, abseiling down a waterfall, climbing, swimming, water jumps and sliding make the tour a unique experience.

The Stubai-Super-Card, the super offer in summer, entitles you to the following services within your stay:
Free ride with all buses in the Stubai valley and up to Innsbruck, free ride with the Stubaitalbahn to Innsbruck (except nostalgia ride), free admission to the outdoor swimming pool in Mieders, 2 admissions per week of 3 hours to the Stubay swimming pool, free use of all lifts in the Stubaital (except ski passes) and 1 downhill run per week on the summer toboggan run in Mieders.
