Cancellations
Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing. The "Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions" apply. In case of cancellations we offer you a cancellation insurance of the "European Travel Cancellation Insurance". In case of cancellation at short notice or early departure, we adhere to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.
We therefore recommend that you take out
Travel Cancellation Insurance, which covers the cancellation costs incurred in case of accident or illness of the insured person or his/her family members before the start of the vacation or during the stay! This amounts to only about 5% of the price of the stay. Take advantage of this opportunity and book easily, conveniently - and without risk.

Stubai Super Card
The Stubai-Super-Card, the super offer in summer, entitles you to the following services within your stay:
Free ride with all buses in the Stubai valley and up to Innsbruck, free ride with the Stubaitalbahn to Innsbruck (except nostalgia ride), free admission to the outdoor swimming pool in Mieders, 2 admissions per week of 3 hours to the Stubay swimming pool, free use of all lifts in the Stubaital (except ski passes) and 1 downhill run per week on the summer toboggan run in Mieders.
