- The prices listed are per room and night. The price does not include the local visitor's tax of € 2.80 per person/day and the final cleaning.
- The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
- We are happy to accept cash, EC cards, MasterCard and Visa Card (no American Express) on your departure.

Info & Cancellation Policy
- A deposit is requested to fix the booking.
- You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
- Within 30 days a cancellation fee of 80 % of the booking amount is due.
- In case of no-show we charge the total amount of the booking.
Important:
According to the Austrian hotel contract conditions, you have the possibility on our website, to take out travel cancellation insurance for your booked holiday. This amounts to only approx. 5% of the price of the stay. Take advantage of this option and book easily, conveniently - and without risk.

The Stubai-Super-Card, the super offer in summer, entitles you to the following services within your stay:
Free ride with all buses in the Stubai valley and up to Innsbruck, free ride with the Stubaitalbahn to Innsbruck (except nostalgia ride), free admission to the outdoor swimming pool in Mieders, 2 admissions per week of 3 hours to the Stubay swimming pool, free use of all lifts in the Stubaital (except ski passes) and 1 downhill run per week on the summer toboggan run in Mieders.
